These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Talio.live platform, operated by Salasah Company. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and consent to these Terms on their behalf.

person_check 1. Eligibility & Registration

• Our services are designed for children aged 5–16 years. Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@talio.live.

school 2. Use of the Platform

The platform and all its content are provided for educational purposes only. By using Talio.live, you agree:

• Not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content, recordings, or materials without written permission.
• Not to use the platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Not to impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• To treat all teachers, staff, and other users with respect during live sessions.

event_available 3. Bookings & Scheduling

1. Session bookings are subject to teacher and slot availability.
2. You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message after booking.
3. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
4. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being counted as used.
5. Free trial sessions are limited to one per family.

payments 4. Fees & Refund Policy

1. Subscription fees and course prices are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
2. Trial session slots are free of charge — no credit card is required to book a trial.
3. Paid sessions and subscription fees are non-refundable once a class session has commenced.
4. If a session is cancelled by Talio.live or the assigned teacher, a full make-up session or credit will be provided.
5. All prices are in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes may apply based on your location.

All content on Talio.live — including course materials, lesson recordings, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Salasah Company or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may view and use content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.

verified_user 6. Code of Conduct

During all live sessions and platform interactions, users agree to:

• Maintain a respectful, safe learning environment for all participants.
• Use appropriate language and behaviour at all times.
• Not record, screenshot, or share any live session content without prior written consent.

Talio.live reserves the right to remove any user who violates this Code of Conduct, without refund.

warning 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talio.live and Salasah Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months prior to the dispute.

build 8. Modifications to the Service

Talio.live reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or its services at any time, with reasonable notice. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-platform announcements.

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

balance 10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
